Snooty Fox, Bigger and Better! (19/07/2011)

After just 12 month's of trading The Snooty Fox is very happy to announce he is moving home! Firstly he would like to thank all his customers for their business and support for the last 12 month's, without you this would not have been possible.So where is his new home? Well actually it is just across the road to the left of the conservative club. The Snooty Fox is proud to announce he is moving to the Old Bowling Green but of course this does take time as with all moves.

When asked about the move The Snooty Fox said "I am very excited, the new premises has a bigger shop, bigger and better equipped workshop and a larger kitchen to make our customers a tea or coffee. The real change is outside though, we have our own putting green, chipping area, new outside covered driving bays and we are about to install a practice bunker as well. Our new premises is full of character and charm, and is a quiet haven just a few feet off the busy main street of Rothwell." 

We asked The Snooty Fox if this would cause disruption during the move his response was "Only very slightly, as with any move there is a degree of disruption, however due to the new premises being so close, anything not already at the new shop can be fetched within a couple of minutes. The workshop was moved on Monday when we are normally closed and is now fully functional , the shop looks a little sparse while we build the displays, but don't let anyone be put off, everything is still available and we know where everything is, just ask."

Our final question to The Snooty Fox was when will you be fully open? "We are now, but the finishing touches will be complete by the 1st of August, the launch party will be announced very soon and we have some very special guests coming to cut the ribbon." 

Online Shop (14/04/2011)

Due to technical issues we have closed our Online Shop while it is being re-developed. We are working hard to get the new and improved version online. Our retail shop is of course still open and we look forward to seeing you there. If you need to place an order and can not visit us then please telephone or email and we will be happy to help.

Putter Counter Balancing (30/03/2011)

The putting season is here! So if we were to tell you that with a simple process we could improve your putting, what would you say? Well we can and we can prove it. Using our unique service we can give you a better putting experience with better stroke, consistently square face and a less active head leading to much better feel and more accurate putting. Our Workshop Explained (30/03/2011)

Why not pop in and have a coffee and see what we do in the workshop, bring your clubs too and we can check them over for the start of the season! We will explain everything to you and give you a demo of how we make clubs to suit your swing not your measurements! Every player has a different swing and posture which is why we build clubs to suit this, not just measuring from your wrist to the ground. Very few players swing like a professionals so come and see us, we are sure you will be glad you did! From putter fitting, a wedge or a full set of clubs you will have our best attention at all times. All repairs are carried out in our own workshop and you can be assured of prompt service.

Club Fitting Page (03/08/2010)

Of course the rest of our website is getting the full treatment but as you can imagine this does take time and we are working very hard to finish it.

Shop Opens (31/07/2010)

On the 31st July 2010 at 10am we opened our doors to all golfers after month's of planning, hard work and of course the last minute rush to ensure the correct stock had been delivered! As we expected the first day had a few teething problems, the one that created the biggest smile was Terry trying to work out how to open the till. After successfully serving the very first customer the till decided it had done enough work for one day. Luckily rescue was not far away and after a couple of minutes all was well again!
